CO-OWNER AND FOUNDER
VP - SALES & MARKETING
Scott started OT Sports in the Czech Republic in 1992 while studying abroad at Charles University in Prague. For over 20 years, Scott actively generated new sales and partnerships as the company continued to grow into what it is today. He continues to develop new markets, relationships and opportunities and oversees all sales and marketing for the company as well as our sales and creative art teams. Scott has led a drive for creative work and hands-on service that has helped earn the company a national, high-profile customer base and a solid reputation.
DIRECTOR OF LACROSSE SALES
Bo(land) knows lacrosse. Kevin played his high school lacrosse at the Gilman School in Baltimore, where he won the MIAA "A" title in his sophomore and senior years and earned All-American honors. He went on to play at Johns Hopkins University, where he was a three-time All-American, led his team to the final four on three occasions and still holds the all-time assist record for a midfielder. He spent five years playing Major League Lacrosse for the Baltimore Bayhawks, Chicago Machine and New Jersey Pride. He's been coaching ever since, enjoying success at the high school, club and college levels.
DIRECTOR OF HOCKEY SALES
Kyle Ward joined the company in 2009. He's our hockey and lacrosse guy, deftly managing those sports because he somehow gets it all done in an office that can feel like Grand Central. People from the factory are always going in there with questions about shipments and orders. Thank goodness he has the discipline of a Japanese sensei and isn't like that guy in the old SNL skit. Remember? The one who's always chatting up people at the copier? We'd never get any work done.
DIRECTOR OF PRO BASEBALL SALES
Our director of pro baseball at OT Sports has been with us since 2007, developing a reputation with her clients that is legend-(wait for it)-ary. To know Elaine is to love Elaine, which is why she has been such a force in minor league baseball since 1994, bringing more than 20 years of sales and customer service experience to the business.
DIRECTOR OF SOCCER SALES
It takes as seasoned soccer pro to understand the uniform needs of the sport, and Rachel has played since age 5. As a Parade High School All-American, she got recruited to NCAA soccer powerhouse North Carolina, where she won a National Championship. To be closer to family, she played her senior year at UC Irvine. Rachel went on to play for a season in Iceland’s top women’s professional soccer league before returning to the U.S. in 2014. She's now in her third season as a defender with the NWSL's Boston Breakers.
DIRECTOR OF WEB AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Chris joined OT Sports in 2015 after a long career in sports journalism. His work has appeared online and in print with ESPN the Magazine, Baseball America, MLB.com and The Hockey News. He also spent nearly a decade writing for the team publications of a number of Major League Baseball teams, including the Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, Los Angeles Dodgers, Houston Astros and Colorado Rockies. In his spare time, Chris enjoys long walks on the beach, the musical stylings of Kenny G and tapioca pudding.
LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER, PROFESSIONAL SPORTS
Our head designer for all professional sports jerseys has been with OT for more than 8 years now. He excels at translating ideas our clients provide into creative, eye-catching jersey designs that have helped teams raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in auction proceeds over the years. Adam is also an ace at stinking up our office microwave with whatever he brings in for lunch every day. (Was that haggis last Tuesday?) Oh, and he wanted us to tell you that kittens are his spirit animals. Which explains the photo. Yikes.
LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER, AMATEUR SPORTS AND MARKETING
Lori is full of boundless energy and teen spirit, which is why she's so good at creating uniforms and warm-ups and spirit wear for grade- and high-school teams of all shapes, sizes and mascots. She's been with us for 11 years, and her dream remains to design athletic wear for the Hoopeston Area High School Corn Jerkers. Or the Watersmeet High Nimrods. Or the Avon Old Farms School Winged Beavers. Please, one of you. Or all of you. Call Lori and make that dream happen!
